What is the turnaround time?
48 hours (same day service is available)
How much does wash and fold cost?
For 2 day service it is $1.25/lb. For next day service it is $1.85/lb. For same day service it is $2.25 and you must drop up your clothes before 11:00 a.m.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $12.50 minimum for 2 day service. A $18.50 minimum order for next day service and a $20.25 minimum for same day service. If your laundry falls below the minimum you will be charged the minimum cost.
What are express bags?
You have two options. You can buy an extra large bag or an individual bag for $12.00. The extra large bag holds 40 pounds. Stuff it full and it costs $49.99 for wash and fold. The individual bag holds 20 pounds. Stuff it full and wash and fold is $29.99.
Do you use a good detergent?
Tide, Oxi-Clean, Downy, Spray n Wash, and Bounce dryer sheets.

When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Depending on your area we offer Monday pickup / Wednesday delivery, Wednesday pickup / Friday delivery, or Tuesdays and Fridays.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
It costs $1.75/lb. if you sign up for recurring service. It is $1.85/lb. if you use our service from time to time.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is $40.
Do I need to be home at the pickup or the delivery time?
No. Just let us know where you are going to leave your laundry when you place your order so that our driver knows where to look. Just leave it in a secure location like your unlocked garage, your porch, or behind a fence.
